You may be billed at month end so your due date for our bill may change if you are a Commercial Customer. Since a sufficient number of customers have switched you will stay on your current billing cycle with the same due date for Residential.
You may get two bills instead of the one you are currently receiving from us. In some cases the marketer will bill you for all the charges on one bill, if they have made the proper arrangements with the local utility.
